Fees paid to DataDost AI are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly stated in the accepted Proposal or SOW.
Project fees are based on scope, delivery capacity, planning, third-party commitments, and work performed. Client delay, change of mind, internal approval failure, non-response, abandonment, or change in business priority does not create a refund right.
Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, WhatsApp Business API, AI model usage, SMS, payment gateways, ad spend, plugins, subscriptions, and similar tools are non-refundable once committed or incurred.
If the client cancels a project, the client must pay for work completed, milestones reached, booked capacity, and non-cancellable third-party commitments.
If DataDost AI materially breaches an accepted SOW and fails to cure after written notice and a reasonable cure period, the client's sole financial remedy is limited to the unused portion of fees for the specific undelivered deliverable, subject to the Terms of Service liability cap.
Monthly retainers and support plans are billed in advance and are not refundable for partial months unless the SOW says otherwise.
