DataDost AI collects limited personal data when you submit a website form, request a consultation, contact support, use a demo, email us, or engage us for services.

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, prepare proposals, deliver services, manage support, improve security, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data. Analytics is optional and only runs after you accept analytics cookies or local storage.

Personal data may include name, company name, email address, phone number, business requirements, support details, billing contacts, communication records, and limited technical information such as browser, device, page path, approximate IP-derived request context, and security metadata.

Consultation analysis may process the text you submit to classify your business need and match relevant services. If an LLM route is configured, the submitted context may be sent to the approved AI provider for that analysis; otherwise deterministic keyword matching is used.

Security checks such as Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical signals to detect bot or abusive submissions.

Essential local storage is used for privacy choices, demo state, and form experience. Non-essential analytics, including GA4 where configured, is disabled until you choose Accept analytics.

If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, analytics defaults to off unless you explicitly accept analytics.

You can withdraw or change analytics consent from the footer privacy choices link, this Privacy Policy, or the Cookie Policy.

We may share personal data with trusted service providers only where necessary for business operations, such as hosting, email, analytics, CRM, form handling, payment processing, AI tools, communication tools, security tools, or support systems.

Subprocessors depend on client scope and tool choices. Not every listed vendor is used for every client.

Where third-party tools are used, their own terms and privacy practices may apply.

Users may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, grievance handling, or other privacy rights available under applicable law, subject to identity verification, legal obligations, security needs, and legitimate retention requirements.

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations, business records, dispute handling, security, service delivery, or the accepted SOW.

DataDost AI is based in India and serves clients globally. Privacy handling is shaped by the accepted SOW and applicable India, US, EU/UK, and other mandatory local requirements where relevant.
